More Than an Organization — A Movement

Agents of Reformation (AGOR) is a non-governmental, non-denominational organization focused on raising young people for global transformation and all-round development.

We are not a church. We are a Christian-oriented youth transformation and development organization — a global movement of young people who have accepted the call to be agents of change in their generation.

We believe transformation is not just spiritual — it is social, economic, institutional and generational. AGOR exists to equip the young people who will carry this transformation forward.

Dr. Derick Ogheneruona is the Founder and visionary leader of Agents of Reformation (AGOR). A Medical Doctor and Physiologist by training, he serves at the Delta Careers College, Warri and the Delta State University Teaching Hospital (Delsuth), bringing together his passion for medicine, mentorship and youth transformation.

As a Life Coach, Writer and Preacher, Dr. Derick has dedicated his life to raising a generation of purpose-driven reformers — young people equipped with faith, knowledge and the capacity to transform their communities and the world.

God's Own Teacher Pharmacist Speaker Agent of Reformation

Mrs. Ithipri Oreva is a Pharmacist, Teacher and passionate Speaker whose life is anchored in faith and purpose. A product of Delta State University, Abraka, she combines her professional expertise with a burning heart to raise a generation of reformers.

As a co-founder of AGOR, she brings grace, wisdom and energy to the movement — mentoring young people to discover their identity in God and walk boldly in their assignment.
