The AGOR Pathway

How to Become an Agent of Reformation

AGOR does not produce half-formed agents. The journey to becoming a full Agent is intentional, structured and transformational. There are two steps before you can officially register as an Agent.

The Pathway

Two Steps Before Full Registration

Every AGOR Agent has walked this path. It is not a shortcut — it is a foundation.

1
Online Training

Internship Programme

Your entry point into AGOR. The Internship is an online WhatsApp-based training programme that introduces you to the vision, values and operations of AGOR. You will be mentored, taught and assessed over the internship period before you can advance.

2
Qualification

School of Reformation (SOR)

After the Internship, you proceed to the School of Reformation — a deeper, more intensive qualification programme. SOR is where your identity as an Agent is fully formed, tested and commissioned. Completing SOR qualifies you to register as a full Agent.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to attend Illumination or IFL before I can join AGOR?
No. ILLUMINATION and IFL are ongoing programmes for strengthening and equipping existing agents and interested individuals — they are not part of the joining process. To join AGOR, you complete the Internship and then the School of Reformation (SOR).
How do I start the Internship?
Contact AGOR through the details below or reach out to an existing AGOR Agent to get the Internship WhatsApp group link. The Internship is fully online and conducted via WhatsApp.
How long does the Internship take?
The duration varies based on your level of engagement. You will be notified by your mentors when you are ready to advance to the School of Reformation.
What is the School of Reformation (SOR)?
SOR is a more intensive qualification programme that follows the Internship. It is where your identity, values and capacity as an Agent of Reformation are fully developed and tested. Completing SOR makes you eligible to register as a full Agent and receive your official AGOR ID.
Can I attend Illumination or IFL before completing the Internship?
Yes. Both ILLUMINATION and IFL are open programmes. Anyone can attend and benefit from these teachings. However, you are not an official AGOR Agent until you complete the Internship, SOR and register.
